I launched Ma Petite Cuisine when i moved to Amsterdam with my husband in 2016.
After almost 10 years spent as a lawyer in Paris, i was craving to dedicate my time to my deep rooted love of food & cooking.
My family is originated from Périgord, a French region well-known for the refined gastronomy. This is where born my enthusiasm for cooking and gather people around the table.
I enjoy every aspect of cooking : select the right products in the local market, get your veal "rosé", prepare one of the 100 sauces existing in French cuisine.
My favourite products ? I enjoy cooking game & poultry, with white wine sauce...and morels for special occasion ! Regarding sweet tooth, I have always fall for praliné.
A simple, friendly and tasty cooking, in which the product comes first.
At Ma Petite Cuisine Amsterdam, we put all our efforts in cooking with high quality fresh products, selected daily on the markets of Amsterdam.
Some spices and ingredients come directly from France (such as Espelette pimento, dry morels, candied oranges, pralines roses...).
Hortense de Saint Quentin for her help and her creativity to rebuild this website! She helped Ma Petite Cuisine Amsterdam to grow better...
Maëlle, Anna, Anaïs, Sophie, Emmanuelle, Eugénie...and all the other one who worked with us in the kitchen or during the events, they greatly contributed to our success !
Anne-Laure & Romain Pialat, who are always ready to test our new recipe...
And well my marvelous husband, and my parents, for their daily support and kind words, that made Ma Petite Cuisine become true.
